Brad R. Frandsen, MD
Dr. Frandsen combines his passion for medicine and family in a rewarding career in family practice, where he values building lifelong relationships with his patients. After earning a Master’s in Biochemistry from UC Riverside and his MD from Loma Linda University, he completed his residency at Cheyenne Family Practice in Wyoming, serving as Chief Resident.
A board-certified family physician and practice owner, he takes pride in creating a workplace patients and staff enjoy. He also participates in clinical research, focusing on conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
Dr. Frandsen believes great physicians listen well, practice with compassion, understand their limits, and refer to specialists when appropriate. He and his wife, Sue, enjoy time with their five children and thirteen grandchildren, as well as hiking, racquetball, and audiobooks.
Melissa Harwood, ARNP
Melissa grew up in Western WA. and went to both Highline College and Seattle Pacific University for undergrad degrees in Nursing, before she graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2018 with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
Melissa lived in Oklahoma and Texas before returning to Washington, where she spent 3 years practicing in Silverdale.
When Melissa is not caring for patients, she likes spending time outdoors hiking, camping, running, reading, and spending time with her 2 boys.
Katelyn Neufeld , ARNP
Katelyn is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with special interests in Women’s Health and Aesthetics. She earned her BSN from Boise State University and her MSN from George Washington University. She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and certified in Medical Aesthetics.
Katelyn is passionate about empowering patients and providing personalized, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s goals—helping them feel their best inside and out.
After living in several states during her education and her husband’s Air Force training, she returned to Washington in 2019. She enjoys hiking, baking, working out, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and puppy.
Kaylee Bingham, PA-C
Kaylee Bingham is an NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant who grew up in Port Orchard and is proud to serve her hometown community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Washington State University and her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama.
With a special interest in women’s health, Kaylee values collaborative, personalized care and strives to ensure every patient feels heard and supported.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her family. She and her husband are newly married and excited to build their life in the community they love.
